Dr Hyer was recommended to us and I was very pleased with the care he provided for my daughter. He was happy to answer any questions I had, was easy to communicate with post appointment and most importantly was great with my daughter.

I was recommended to Dr Hyer by a colleague. He was far from local, but I felt it was better to go with a recommendation. A decision I do not regret! I do not think I could have asked for better care, understanding, attention and follow up for my daughter.

My Daughter had symptoms during the Christmas period in 2020. At the beginning, we faced challenges to find the right medical care & advice due to the holidays. Dr Hyer understood our situation and the challenges that we were facing and met with us during the Christmas period to make sure that my Daughter had the correct treatments and suitable procedures. Dr Hyer advised us throughout that period about my daughter’s condition and regarding the treatment plan. After a few days, my Daughter was admitted to the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, under Dr Hyer’s medical care. During the peak of the Covid 19 period, Dr Hyer took steps and followed up to ensure that my daughter would have a place in the hospital to be admitted and treated. From the first appointment, up until my daughter was discharged, Dr Hyer kept me up to date with all the information daily. Dr Hyer also managed to communicate during weekends and during holidays if I had any concerns. During the time my daughter was in the hospital, all the treatments and procedures went well and Dr Hyer met with us to provide updates regarding the progress and the next steps. I strongly believe Dr Hyer is one of the best doctors I have met. Also I received great feedback from other parents that I met who have been looked after by Dr Hyer. Dr. Hyer is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my daughter’s health, but he is also lovely to speak to at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient, in addition to outstanding quality of medical care and with great expertise. Many thanks for everything. From a Father of a little Daughter "Hasadhi".

Dr Warren Hyer is a very professional Doctor and a credit to his profession. Last year my daughter had to undergo tests for being suspected as having celiac disease. Eventually after various tests and confirmation after her diagnosis we met with Dr Hyer. He was fantastic, explained everything easily, was re-assuring for my daughter, me and my family. A brilliant professional and quite simply one of the best Doctors I have ever interacted with. Thank you again Dr Hyer, apologies that I did not complete this review any sooner. Sneha is doing well and this is truly due to great Doctors like yourself!!.
